Further detail on the development process : RainMaker operates in a fluid environment, which means plans and implementation, create the possibility of change and are subject to change. The ideas on these and related pages are meant to outline the general RainMaker product direction. It’s for informational purposes only, and we would never recommend relying on it to make purchasing decisions. We may decide to add enhancements, features, and products at any time depending on our prioritization process and the capability to deliver products meeting RainMaker quality standards. "Former Trial" classification...

When someone takes a trial but does not enroll, I want there to be an easy way to identify them in our system as a "Former Trial". Currently, my only options are to indicate them as either a "Former Member" (however, the word member suggests that once upon a time they were enrolled and then left), or identify them again as a prospect (which makes slightly more sense, however, they are no longer a new prospect at this point, they are a "Former Trial" prospect). I believe this type of prospect is worthy of it's own categorization within rainmaker, so that it becomes easier to "tickle" those particular folks down the road with additional messaging to get them thinking about trying martial arts again. If someone knows of a way to easily do this, given the current features in RM, please let me know. I would really like to classify these people properly.
