+/- Billing Shouldn't Subtract Enrollees Who Cancel the Same Month

Suppose this month's new billing is $1,000 but one of the new enrollees cancels before the month is out. Say their down payment was $100. RainMaker shows minus billing of $100 and plus billing of $900 and +/- billing of $800. The correct amount of +/- billing should be $900 because the enrollee who canceled should be treated as if they never enrolled this month.
