I sent an email to a customer. I can only see a portion of the email under the log. I went to our email "gmail" in hopes to print out the support of my sent email. I can not view it. :(
It is my understanding that until they respond to that email there is no way to print out what I sent.
I think we should have the ability to see the entire email and print it out in RM. If not there then our email system should have that ability.
