a Setting within the Paid Trial PG to prevent the same person from buying your trial introductory trial again- Ideally it could send them to a place to purchase a Regular Program

    What would the requirements be in regards to time. One example would be, if someone purchased a trial 12 months ago should they be allowed to purchase another one?  What if the person is purchasing a trial for sibling or additional child? What business logic would you want in place to determine if that's what is occuring?
