Sorting Filters for Email Campaigns using existing prospect entry filters

I have already entered very specific data during prospect entry phase: Date of Lead, Source, Source Detail, Gender, City, etc. Why is it that you don't offer filters for the specific categories of info that are already requested on the prospect entry page? Seems like basic functionality of a data base. I would like to use this data to target my marketing.
