Hi I have been using the email reminder feature and just recently noticed several issues that would really help myself and other school owners.
1. Should be 2 separate emails for day before and the day before vs 1 for both that only allows for appointment time. Or if using one for both have the date and time merge field.
2. When using the "when appointment is set" email responders, we should have merge field for date and time that the appointment is actually set.
3. Final suggestion to utilize the appointment feature for the calendar combined with the follow ups... Allowing for email templates for specific appointments set. So the office appointment with a staff member, or a parent about specific problem wont' receive a reminder about their 1st class and orientation.
This would make the auto email feature even more amazing than it is:)
