When a previous prospect on stop follow up fills out the form online to put them back to call phase so they are in prospect manager

We often put people into the stop follow up category, if they fill out the input form on our website it'll merge them with their contact that is already in rainmaker. The problem is they are still set to stop follow up and our receptionist wont see them in prospect manager.

I propose that when they fill out the form and that gets merged into their profile, that their stage gets updated to follow up phase or call.
