Have the option to save regular email templates and "canned responses" so we don't have to keep typing out responses to common questions/emails and cutting and pasting in our end of email signatures. Example: Someone schedules an Intro. Yes, they will get texts the day of and day before. And, yes, they can get a flow that will send out some basic email. But, that flow email won't have the specifics of their appointment in it because there aren't merge tags for that stuff yet. So I like to send them an email that has the specifics of their appointment in it (Date, time, etc.). Currently I do this by using my gmail account where I have all of these canned responses set up. The email is all typed out except for the person's name and the date of their appointment. This saves me so much time and is very personalized for the client. But by leaving Rainmaker to do this the email logs between the client and I aren't kept in Rainmaker where I can see our communications history. The ability to have our own Canned Response email library for this would help out a ton. Templates for email campaigns are one thing. Canned responses are templates for regular emails. They save a ton of time.
