The current ability for creating tags and email campaigns is lacking when I have to manually tag contacts to include them in an email campaign or tag list.
When I want to email everyone that has purchased a trial but hasn't become a member, that list is 1800 people and not manageable to do manually.
I would like a facility in Rainmaker, that allows me to run a report from RM and then export to excel. Then I can do my own analysis, eliminate duplicates, sort by dates, exclude trials that just purchased recently, etc.
Then take whatever is left and be able to reimport that list using the unique CID number and create a tag.
I can now do an email to that tag list.
This changes a job that would probably take days and turns it into a job that I can finish in 15 minutes.
This is one example, but I could use if for lots of purposes to target our customer base.
