We’ve been struggling with something and maybe there already is a solution and we’re just missing it. Let’s say we just placed an order for a pair of nunchucks for a student. We go through the process and we click on the nifty “Order it” check box and that places it into the need to order report. Worlds GREAT and we love it.
Here’s the problem, we were so busy and in the midst of doing the order, we forgot to click on the “order it” checkbox and now this item will be left out of the next order and possibly just left unordered until the customer asks about it and we now have dropped the ball on customer service. I’ve tried going back in to check that box but it’s not allowing me to do so. Is there a way to go back in post sale to edit the “order it” section? If not, can we make this happen? Sooner rather later? I think this is a huge problem for us and needs remedied which will help us serve our clients better.
