Trying to find and track an order made by a member is not very efficient. Especially if I used PG and POS for selling the same item.
Currently we use it this way:
Orders to place I would just wait to mark them when they arrive and would mark orders received when they actually get their gear.
There really should be a 3rd feature: "Orders Received"
1. POS - Item sold/pre-ordered
2. Orders to Place feature, Click when making orders to supply co
3. Orders to Receive, Click when all orders arrive at gym, auto email to alert member
4. Orders Received, Click when the member receives the items, auto email sent to thank member for their support
