List of Programs that shouldn't display

As we move to roster that members sign in themselves (and when they sign up for their test), we would much prefer only the student name appears, not which program they are on. We do not want "12 Months PIF" or "Sponsored" or any reference to their program. This is for managers eyes only. Please tell us you will consider changing this soon. I've heard it from all the school owners I speak to that use RM. I said I would submit on all our behalves.

Here is an example of what we don't want (disregard reference above and below - that's an internal email.) But please look at the drop down. We want only the student name with no reference to their program. Members should not see other member's program type. Some are sensitive "Instructor Rate" "Discounted" etc.

Thanks Jan.  Class roster has always been an instructor/user facing only system.  Kiosk is typically used for member check-in.

To gain some clarity, what's your thinking around using class roster vs kiosk, if you've looked at both?  The more we understand the better we are able to create a solution.  For example, since class roster was created for use by the instructor, we include a lot of specific data that we understand would not be appropriate for members.  However, my first thought without any specific understanding of your use case, I picture having our typical instructor class roster 'view' so to speak and create another 'view' for member use that hides those types of information.

Thank you for your quick response! I will have my General Manager follow up with you to determine how we set up an alternate view that won't display anything but the student name. Thanks again!
